Unauthorized users with no username and a password have no possibility of accessing the system. The system was developed using Java programming language on a netbeans platform and other tools such as MySQL Workbench for designing the database and creating a script together with MySQL Query Browser for opening the script and executing it to form the database were used. The system generates reports like; • Reports of all students whose marks have been entered. • A termly academic report for a particular student. • Viewing marks that have been entered • Marks for a particular studenten_US
