The researcher considered the descriptive research design type and used the survey for the data collection technique, combining quantitative and qualitative research methods in the survey. Data was collected from 45 respondents and analyzed using statistical tools. The findings revealed that the key areas of strength included the positive impact of RBM on organizational culture and the leadership role of management in the RBM process. For future research, the research proposed that future research be undertaken on the relationship between RBM and performance enhancement in areas such as educational quality and graduate quality, among others conducted to examine components of RBM acceptance and execution to gain a deeper understanding of the underlying difficulties and to examine components of RBM acceptance and execution to gain a deeper understanding of the underlying difficulties.en_US
