The findings of this research showed that ICT application leads to increased sales, stock level controls, customer retention, increased customer retention and increased stock security and employees are in position to perform different tasks, improves on the quality of work. To this research, different recommendations were made which include getting a human resource manager, employing other methods ICT like use of debit cards processing, credit debits processing and e-payments. The researcher therefore suggested that further research be done on this topic in different supermarkets to especially identify those ways of ICT that are very essential for their business so that their resources are allocated efficiently.
